THE PLOT:

Elliot was a normal boy living a normal life. Until one day he found a strange little alien who was left behind during a routine survey mission.

Now with the help of Elliot, his sister and his older brother they hid the little alien they dubbed E.T. and try to help him build a device to send a message back to his homeworld before the government finds him and dissects him.

ZEDD'S OPINION:

I know what you're thinking, "He's not going to downgrade E.T., is he?" It's one of the most popular movies of all time and one of the top grossing money makers ever. Well don't get your panties in a twist, I'm not. I love this movie like everyone else on the planet. But would I call it the perfect movie, no. For one main reason and one alone. It's slow, it can get draggy at times. But it's not enough to hurt it. The characters, the little alien, the fact the alien was a drooling creature that only wants to kill are all pluses in my book and I give it 9 STARS.

...AND FINALLY...

VOLTRON'S OPINION:

I agree with Zedd on this, yes it's one of my favorite movies and no it's not a perfect movie. Zedd hit it right on the money about the draggy points. 9 STARS as well.

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):

+ STORY (The story is slow but works.)
+ CAST (The cast does a great job.)
+ EFFECTS (Even the original effects were perfect but the upgraded effects, wow.)
+ GOOD ALIEN (The alien was a lost child, not a monster or evil invader.)

ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):

- PACING ISSUES (It did get slow at times.)
